A real shame, such a likeable guy, honestly thought he was going to be a ten year manager for us even with relegation but the players arent with him anymore, its clear to see
@WheretheHattersWalk the players aren't with him because he is tactically clueless, has obvious favourites, would rather play players out of position than try international grade youngsters in the right position. His treatment of Hashi is frankly despicable. I'm old enough to remember the Futcher twins debuting at 18 and making an impact and I recently dug up some old footage where Tim Breacker was storming up and down the right and looking like a really experienced player - then the commentator mentioned he was also 18. I think Rob is a great guy, the way he handled the Locks situation was superb. But tactically it's just wrong - confidence is shot to pieces because so many people are playing out of position and effective partnerships aren't developing. A question: what would be Robs team if everyone was fit? I've no idea and I doubt he knows either.
RE wont go - Pelly is getting old - he has not really played well for a couple of seasons - bring him on and he gives the ball away again! Its not fair on him. We need a leader on the pitch like Lockyer - Morris is a poor Leader - the only away game we have won this season is when Morris was not Captain.
I really don't trust Rob to manage the window.
