I was just happy Gay and Gatlin made the team! Same with Jeter and Felix on the Women’s side!
Love how they interview immediately after the race lmao u dont need to breathe just answer these questions
Always the best Justin gatlin
@@coupeboy392 I think he is if you look at his career he’s won every major medal and he’s run insane times post suspension. If usain bolt says he’s was his greatest rival that means something
The golden era of sprinting
@@jaredbowen3527 🤣 You're such a fanboy. C'mon man, get real. Your buy just embarrassed himself in Paris. Ran his mouth about 4 gold medals and came up with 1 only. Queen of bronze.
I remember this Olympic year boy they were hype to dethrone the Legend Usain Bolt and the Jamaicans 😂🤣😂🤣results, Jamaicans 1st & 2nd in the 100m, 1st 2nd and 3rd in the 200m and Bolt and the Jamaicans smashed their own record in the 4x100m I called that a real old fashioned beat down in the sprints!! Not lying though feel bad for Gay he never tasted an Olympic Gold Medal!
Yeah the good old past. Now Jamaica only got Blake left with 9.9 lol and didn't even make the 4x100 final. Got no medal in the 100m or 200m on the mens side very sad.
TheoOJamaloO1 yup and you guys are still salty😂let’s see what happens in the coming years, nothing wrong with falling off they had the best run in history you know that, the competition was fierce and they dominated for so long against the fastest men in history period, don’t know why you singling out Blake, don’t think Jamaica is depending on him to be great again with those injuries, just hope the young guys could rise and be competitive that’s all the world wanna see, but if you gonna dominate for a decade it would be nice against the best in the world!
@@jomohector5274 The dominance was freakish. Even the training slacker Bolt says the young sprinters aren't as hungry as his crew was in '07-'17. But tbh it was always Bolt and whoever for the men...when he faded, they all faded.
@@jomohector5274 research wha country has won the most gold medals or medals period in 100-400, it’s not jaimaca .
Was good to see Walter back.
Best year for the 100m, for both genders!
This is how Ryan Bailey got selected and ran the anchor lap on 100X4. We all remember what happened in London.
Gatlin ran 9.79 in the Olympics final
4:15 what kind of question is that? what do you want the jamaican sprinters to know ? mate, this is not WWE lol.. these american reporters overhype/sensationalize everything
I think they will make better USA team if they include mike rodgers, in Lineup. 🥺
Kimmons by far is the faster then Bailey all are good regardless but them dam Jamaicans running low 9.7s a piece.. but our new young sprinters will be running those times so we are good to go for 2020
No jamaican has run 9.7 since 2015. The last one was Bolt with 9.79. The best Jamaica has right now is Yohan Blake with 9.9. USA got Coleman with 9.7, Lyles with 9.8, Gatlin 9.8 and Baker 9.8
@@Nyasalands_Finest Been a whe since Baker ran 9.8 but would love to see him do it again. Gatlin is older. Coleman suspended...Time will tell who does what for USA.
@@distanceman8147 Baker ran one 100m race this year on 23/7/2020 and won in 10.00 flat.. I reckon Norman will be favorite over 100m followed by Bromell and Baker and degrassi
@@Nyasalands_Finest I would put my bet on Lyles. If he EVER get his starts corrected he could easily double. Norman is the wild card. He wants the 400m Gold and record bad. Also would love to see him in the 4 x 100 3rd leg.
やっぱゲイ後半おかしいだろ
everyone knows that if Gay had ran in Moscow 2013 then he'd been the champ
Truth. Gay would have beaten Bolt in Moscow 2013 with the form he displayed then, nothing against Bolt, but it's always great to see the underdog prevail given their rivalry.
9.75(+1.1) vs 9.77(-0.3) into the heavy rains, not to mention Bolt relaxed in the last 10m
You be the judge
Same rule applies to their 200m rivalry in 2009, Gay ran a faster 19.58(+1.3) while Bolt got 19.59(-0.9) in a storm, you think Gay had a chance to beat 19.19? No way.
@@Бигбой-о7ы Honestly at this point we can only speculate, but here's my take on it:
- Gay displayed excellent form in 2013, he was going in as the favorite.
- He's tough mentally, he's competed with Bolt at his best, he always fights to the line and he's less likely to "fold" like Gatlin did at the 2015 final.
- He's got something to prove (being the second fastest, finally injury-free in 2013).
- Bolt did not display the same form in 2013 prior to Moscow.
Win or lose, the race would've been epic, Gay would've given Bolt a good run and the finishing times would've been in the low 9.7s. Overall, I would still tip the race in favor of Gay, but not by a landslide.
@@lihengchan438 So wan't he and the Americans stripped of their medal for the 400m relay because he was doped?
That was a great moment for the American runners at the trials but when they got to London man oh man Usain bolt and yohan Blake it was worse than The Saint Valentine's Day massacre 100 m 200 m and the greatest 4 x 100 m relay in history

Hmmm the very picture of consistency are Gatlin's times. Always around 9.80. Nothing freakish ever. And he stays hungry. Hats off to him.
@@66fredo99 Haha. What 9.80? Gatlin ran under 9.8 5 times in 2015 alone.
@@mssha1980 Yeah Asafa has 97 sub-ten times I think
Gatlin 64 sub-tens
Bolt and Maurice Greene are next with 52 sub-ten times
@@chamindujanith6337 I think Asafa hit 100 sub 10s. Gotta look it up but I think he did it.
