The production is still in process,this is only (50% - 60%) according to some information.. This is very important to all filipinos like a masterpiece, that's why it can't be rush... but still hoping to be aired this year... I am also looking forward to this show. From an interview, there are 3 companies that need to give the approval for all the episodes and costumes. GMA NETWORK, the franchising agency, and the Team from Japan. That's why it is taking so long.
this show is supervision by toei company, all the scene including actings are reviewed by toei before it is approved for viewing. So expect that this be a great show. And i think that this also play in japan with japanese dub instead

It is not an in house production, I mean all of the cgi and special effects will be produced by Riot a VFX Company in the Philippines.

this was one of those anime, from the 80s that every kid from that time remembers and loved. And i can tell this was watched all over the world in that time. now as a tv show we all feel exited to watch this tv show, can't wait looks amazing!

Voltes V was presented in the Philippines as a weekly friday afternoon cartoon animation it captured the heart of manny young boys as well as girls at that era in the mid 1970's where pop eye and micky mouse club dominate the noon time childrem show it was a different tv adventure at that time Voltes V is a successful TV animation in 70's until it was banned on televition and scrapp off including other robot animation it broke the heart of manny filipino kids some cried when Voltes V was not on air any more the reason was violence there were too manny violent scene that why they scrap it off from TV other reason was the administration cronny that request Voltes V not to be shown because it affect his bussines cause they are not sponsor of Voltes V for so manny years past we waited until we grew old Voltes V was never shown again in the 1990 it return in Television dubbed in tagalog but the memory of English dubbed Voltes V lingered in my mind the re isue Voltes V was a sure success again controversy arised but Voltes V continue to be shown and new young generation kids love it I waited for a movie version a Voltes V in Flesh but now that waiting is over and I'm glad that my fellow Filipino Actors will portray Voltes V series so Let's Volt In VOLTES V MABUHAY KA!
Voltes V Legacy is very good because Japan is supervising it.
What I want to see is Filipinos freely creating and designing new media on their own. I want to see them do so free from the extremely corrupting influence of Filipino Politics. Filipinos are extremely talented but they are being severely held back by Filipino Politics.

Hello friend! It will be a weekly program and according to the latest update, Mark Reyes (director) said that he will not rush it and he wants to make sure that he got the approval from TOEI in every scene that they do, and due to pandemic it is even more challenging film something big like VV Legacy. I’m guessing they will show this in late 2022 or early 2023.
Just like any other Hollywood film, it takes years before they show it.

Based on the reports regarding Voltes V, it will have 80 episodes on a daily show or they are considering on showing it weekly (2 episodes in a week for 30 mins). It's confirmed that it will be shown on 2023 (next year) from the production team themselves. They must improve their technical aspects of the show.
