    I have 2 queries -
    How to reset voice mail password for particular user ?
    And how assign voice mail to particular user, as if we received the request from user.

      1. you can login to unity and search for that user and then you can reset the password by going into edit option.
      2. You need to add the extension or number for that particular user in unity and give him the VM profile on CUCM so that calls can go to VM if unanswered.

    I have a query, we have some CIPC phones and no end user added in CUCM. We require to add all of extension in unity. Can you help how to create bulk in unity

    what is the difference between this and sccp where we create line group which had directory numbers?But here we only have single number

      In SIP everything is going via SIP trunk, You create a SIP trunk and Route pattern which is routing towards Unity connection so that it creates a connection between CUCM and CUC.
      In SCCP, you are creating connection via ports
