How to approve your representatives and yourself as a Conference Focal Point in Indico

VIDEO 3: How to approve your representatives and yourself as the conference focal point.
If you are a Conference Focal Point in iCSO, you can follow these three easy steps to approve the representatives of your organization and yourself in Indico.
Step 1: Open your browser and copy the following link: indico.un.org/event/1010562/m...
Before logging in, please make sure to use the same email address for logging in that you used to designate yourself as the conference focal point in ICSO. If you use a different email address, it will prevent you from approving your members.
Step 2: After logging in, click on the pen icon located on the left side of the screen. On the next page, you will be able to view all the properly registered representatives of your organization.
Step 3: You can approve representatives either individually by clicking on their profile and pressing the green "approve" button, or all at once by going to Moderations and selecting "Approve Registrations".
After this, you will have successfully approved yourself and all the representatives of your organization. They should have received a confirmation letter for the event by now.
