      @@Astronaut-o8t thanks man I did it for my biceps and back day! Used 20 lb dumb bells. I did the 4 sets and by the fourth set my biceps were broken down! Hell yeah!

      @@Dinesh_Riyaz it depends. You can take until your muscles feel good to go. Usually 30 sec to 1 min is enough between each sets
