The endings explained Betrayal #1: Puro succumbed to his instincts, absorbed you, and became one with him. [Easy mode + Not enough love to Puro] Betrayal #2: Puro, worried about you, and needing to satisfy his instincts, does what he considered best. He transfurred you into a Dark Latex Wolf-cub. [Normal mode + Not enough love? I don't know if this ending has been removed from the game or if it came in a later update and I'm remembering wrong... Don't hesitate to correct me please.] Experiment: You witness Puro's mask on the floor, his body melted... Dr K. has killed him. To ensure Humanity's survival, he forces a drugged transfurmation, keeping you as an obedient slave or assistant... [Gotten if you didn't care enough for Puro before getting kidnapped by Dr. K..] Decision (Stay): After deciding to stay to not risk humanity, you see Puro leave the tower, promising to keep in contact with you. It's assumed that what Dr. K. said was true, and Puro died some time after he left. Your fate is unknown... Decision (Leave): After managing to stick to your guns, you and Puro leave much to the discontent of the Doctor. You soon however realize that he was right, and soon succumb to the virus's effects. This is indeed the saddest, and worst ending of all. You leave, only to die in the wild, but not before infecting stuff as you walk. Puro probably had to absorb your corpse to live, or he'd die soon after, and Dr K's hopes were dashed out... True Ending - Decision (Refuse to choose): Dr K, knowing that either choice would be too hard and equally damaging to either of you both, decides a third option: to transfur you via intravenous drugs, and curing you. You accept, and successfully go through with it. After that, you and Puro leave to forge out a new life together in the world. Your fates are unknown...
I think you dont say thank you to puro when he saves you and helps you, but go through the parts where he talka to you on his bed and you cuddle with puro in the pool area(to get betrayed #2)
For some reason, I have a strong feeling of discontent, due to the sudden stop of the game. I like story games, but right now Changed seems incomplete. I truly think it deserves a prequel or a sequel. Oh, and I think this game gave me the transformation fetish.
lmao. Well, I still am gonna (And have to find time for) making the Changed: Movie format, aka, Replaying it all over but in the form of a Movie, start to finish with no deaths, full of story and the new translations.
I'm glad that the best ending solves the biggest problems: lacking immunity and losing your mind when you change. Shape and form doesn't matter when you still have control of yourself, and the threat of losing that is what really drives one to finish the game (as opposed to game overs.)

There is one thing that really surprised me. No matter what ending you are choosing, you don't know if it will be a happy or saddening ending until almost the end
The "true ending" still kinda seems creepy. It really seems like the human is dead when not answering. Where the last ending on here is what really was the best decision given the entire scenario.
you mean the leave ending right? i think he didn't answer is because he really isn't happy about the decision, by leaving he felt guilty for not only wasting that lab coat guy effort to save humans but also destroying the fate of all humans because the virus he has. So, didn't want Puro to hear a no answer from the human, he chose to be silent instead
@@michaelbooster2 I'm pretty sure he actually dies in the 'leave' ending. It says that Human feels sick before he lays down, and when he's not answering it's because, well... He can't. Not to mention the achievement for this ending is called 'Termination By Sunset' and the icon for it is a cross next to what's probably supposed to be Puro.

I usually don't cry, but this game just hits different. I've played through the game and i feel deeply connected to Puro although not as much to Human. But really, when i see these endings i cry so much, especially the stay ending, it makes me cry the most. I haven't shed so many tears in so long. Thank you changed. You really made me love games again.

You know what is the secret ending? Some military bois flying around and saw you and they saved you and sent you to the safezone with puro yes not experimenting on him but keeping with you because you were close to each other very much
The Leave ending and the Can’t Decide endings are both considered the Good Endings, but their is a key difference. The first difference is that in the Leave ending where Human, or Colin as his real name actually is, is not transfured, when ye falls asleep, that is not sleep, but coma, and Colin succumbs to the Virus and Dies. Also, in the Dream part of the Can’t Decide ending, where Human, real name Colin, is running from scull headed death, that is not a dream, but he is actually Running from Death itself, because the virus is actually close to killing him, but he is transfured in time to stop the virus and stop death. Also, just a note, but Human, aka Colin, is technically a Young Adult. His cannon age is 23 years old and the riots happened 5 years before he was released from that life sustaining capsule, so when the riots were happening, Human or Colin as his name really is was 18 years old at the time. Used the Changed Wiki for info. Also, I wrote this comment two years later then my older comments, so those ideas have been Scraped and forgotten. Instead, I have new characters, which I don’t have time to share.

Perhaps firearms were used against the “Latex”, since this is in the laboratory they began in, it’d be the most imminent threat. Because of their fluid-like nature, kinetic weapons would be no good, poor guys needed incendiary munitions...
I think the dream Linn has in the good ending is symbolizing the death of his human body Linn still retains his memories but his human form is dead and is replaced with the wolf one. So in the end Linn technically did die but only his human form thanks to the procedure Dr. K did on him, he was still able to live and stay with Puro.
Thanks for the explanation, I was reading the comments saying he died. These videos randomly appeared in my recommended and I decided to watch them. I'm not into furry stuff but I feel like the last one was the best ending among the others. In the first two, well... He basically dies almost completely, if he leaves I don't think he's gonna survive, if he stays he's alive with his body but he's not going out like he wanted. In the last one he's at least able to go out and his friend is internally basicly human. Being stronger, Colin can still leave outside or at least I hope so
But if we used Science logic, He did not lose his Human DNA he still have those DNA it's impossible to remove them and there would be a chance that maybe not too small or nor too big if he manage to get female partner he could have a human child.
So. To be clear. Just bought the game recently because changed special. But if I have to explain the "esc" ending, at least talking about the dream. The skull chasing the human was his mind trying to still intact trough the transfur process. Tough making it a key to keep his mind to have a stong will
I dunno, the true/secret ending is pretty good and positive aside from Dr K staying in the building and his lab; he's lonely after so long and even states that he hates that only the elites of the world are left to cure, but they're all that's left now.
I appreciate the dedication of going through the game over and over and getting all the endings together. Good stuff but what sad endings for the bad ones ;3;
personally, I think this part is saddest "...Human, you are also feeling happy, right? ...Human?" I think that was he's last time. after that he died and maybe puro had to absorb the body(dead) my english is not good srry. + I'm not a furry I just liked the style of painting and the story.

Many animals can overpower us, many animals can out-run us, but we can make tools and we have great stamina and intelligence. Obviously, we are weak in various straight-forward ways, but in the long-run, are pretty OP.

The fact that Puro still calls the main character "human" even after he has changed into another form in the happy ending is just... phenomenal that's pure kindness and I love how he used that word even after he transformed to show that he technically still has at least some humanity left in him and Puro uses that to remind him of that fact I love that choice from Puro.
The leave ending is not even sad but also creepy. Colin died in Puro's arm, let Puro had to bury Colin himself (Termination by Sunset - a steam's achievement reveals true what happened after as you said) and chose to die not a long time after that. The virus will spread, destroy Dr.K's years of effort researching, then completely end humanity outside the building :((
The true ending where they both leave ends with the human dying, hence the silence and Puro saying “Human…..?” with no response. But yes the last true ending is adorable.

The true ending is where Colin(the human)accepts dr.k transfurmation alowing him and puro to leave puro merged with a robot allowing him to live a full life
I saw that but I'm not sure where that takes place, if it isn't Normal mode and just not showing him any affection. No one I think has gotten video evidence of that ending, but I know I've seen that in 'pictures' during the aftermath/conclusion void place.
My only question would be whether or not its Normal mode and 'one affection', I don't think I'd want to replay the entire game and only give him one affection and the rest is me blazing through the game all over xD Ultimately, it's still a betrayal ending, although different - I can see why people would see it as maybe a 6th ending, cause it probably has different dialogue - like, instead of taking over your body as a host, he splits himself with you so he can still talk to you - but, your 'mind' would be, not really yours anymore.

you mean the leave ending right? i think he didn't answer is because he really isn't happy about the decision, by leaving he felt guilty for not only wasting that lab coat guy effort to save humans but also destroying the fate of all humans because the virus he has. So, didn't want Puro to hear a no answer from the human, he chose to be silent instead

@@michaelbooster2 I'm pretty sure he actually dies in the 'leave' ending. It says that Human feels sick before he lays down, and when he's not answering it's because, well... He can't. Not to mention the achievement for this ending is called 'Termination By Sunset' and the icon for it is a cross next to what's probably supposed to be Puro.

I usually don't cry, but this game just hits different. I've played through the game and i feel deeply connected to Puro although not as much to Human. But really, when i see these endings i cry so much, especially the stay ending, it makes me cry the most. I haven't shed so many tears in so long. Thank you changed. You really made me love games again.

The Leave ending and the Can’t Decide endings are both considered the Good Endings, but their is a key difference. The first difference is that in the Leave ending where Human, or Colin as his real name actually is, is not transfured, when ye falls asleep, that is not sleep, but coma, and Colin succumbs to the Virus and Dies.
Also, in the Dream part of the Can’t Decide ending, where Human, real name Colin, is running from scull headed death, that is not a dream, but he is actually Running from Death itself, because the virus is actually close to killing him, but he is transfured in time to stop the virus and stop death.
Also, just a note, but Human, aka Colin, is technically a Young Adult. His cannon age is 23 years old and the riots happened 5 years before he was released from that life sustaining capsule, so when the riots were happening, Human or Colin as his name really is was 18 years old at the time.

I think the dream Linn has in the good ending is symbolizing the death of his human body Linn still retains his memories but his human form is dead and is replaced with the wolf one. So in the end Linn technically did die but only his human form thanks to the procedure Dr. K did on him, he was still able to live and stay with Puro.

Thanks for the explanation, I was reading the comments saying he died. These videos randomly appeared in my recommended and I decided to watch them. I'm not into furry stuff but I feel like the last one was the best ending among the others.
In the first two, well... He basically dies almost completely, if he leaves I don't think he's gonna survive, if he stays he's alive with his body but he's not going out like he wanted. In the last one he's at least able to go out and his friend is internally basicly human. Being stronger, Colin can still leave outside or at least I hope so
But if we used Science logic, He did not lose his Human DNA he still have those DNA it's impossible to remove them and there would be a chance that maybe not too small or nor too big if he manage to get female partner he could have a human child.

No matter what way we look at it, all the Endings are sad.
I dunno, the true/secret ending is pretty good and positive aside from Dr K staying in the building and his lab; he's lonely after so long and even states that he hates that only the elites of the world are left to cure, but they're all that's left now.
Theres a secret ending if you press escape when it prompts you to choose stay or leave that's showed at the end and that one isn't really sad.
I’m pretty sure the human died in the true ending.........it seemed that way...
I just watched the endings without context and the last one didn't seem to have any downsides

The fact that Puro still calls the main character "human" even after he has changed into another form in the happy ending is just... phenomenal that's pure kindness and I love how he used that word even after he transformed to show that he technically still has at least some humanity left in him and Puro uses that to remind him of that fact I love that choice from Puro.

I saw that but I'm not sure where that takes place, if it isn't Normal mode and just not showing him any affection. No one I think has gotten video evidence of that ending, but I know I've seen that in 'pictures' during the aftermath/conclusion void place.
My only question would be whether or not its Normal mode and 'one affection', I don't think I'd want to replay the entire game and only give him one affection and the rest is me blazing through the game all over xD Ultimately, it's still a betrayal ending, although different - I can see why people would see it as maybe a 6th ending, cause it probably has different dialogue - like, instead of taking over your body as a host, he splits himself with you so he can still talk to you - but, your 'mind' would be, not really yours anymore.
