Great podcast!!! I am French and am learning Serbian. I am so happy to have found you 😊😀 I hope you will be able to make more videos. I have donated on your website. Puno pozdrava 😘
@Србија Србима it depends. From a scientific point of view, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and Montenegrin are all the same language. Either they are all the same language or they are all indipendent languages. There can be no middle ground in this.
This was wonderful for me, a beginner student. Every now and then I can understand a word, and sometimes a full sentence. I appreciate the chance to hear slower, clear, corrected and subtitled Serbian spoken. Thank you. Hvala liepa.
Me: Searching for German, Polish and Serbian sausage recipes UA-cam: Check out this German guy who learnt Serbian and speaks Polish as well talk to his Serbian teacher Me: Yeah right (20 minutes later) damn his Serbian is amazing
@@tp8150 if you learned Russian, it's completely normal that you understand some Serbian. One can survive with Russian in Serbia but not have a complex conversation with an average native Serbian speaker.
Odlično. Svaka čast!

Is it normal that I can understand a little bit of serbian, being an italian native speaker who learned russian as first slavic language?
And the second question is: can someone survive in Serbia speaking russian? Is it a language widly spoken or understood? thank you
