I can't guide well in that case as I was in a dummy school but as far as I know most people manage school and coaching by completing most of the school work during the school itself and study for jee at home or maybe could even do jee stuff in school free periods and stuff but you surely need to put much more efforts if you want to manage both of them together

In my opinion it’s quite normal to feel under confident just don’t let it overpower you and for confidence you can do pyqs of 21,20,19 and so on but I would suggest that in last time don’t focus on solving more questions rather focus on revising and acquiring old questions

I know few people from nsut who did this but am not sure if that would be a good choice as 1 year isn’t a lot to invest to get the best college for you
Dekho I might not be the right person to answer this as I myself didn’t do this but I would recommend that if you’re thinking to give jee again then you should give it your best shot as it would be your last chance so if I would be in your position then I would have either taken complete drop or would have not made my mind to give jee rest upto you coz you can analyse ur situation the best
