Thanks David. I'm just doing this on a CIOB site management course. Your explanation of the process is spot on and is good to see you used the example from Modern Construction Management, p110 8th Edition.
I managed to put the data onto a excel graph.

Thank you for the video. I have a comment, in cell Q6 (22:16) it should be start of activity 2 + duration activity 2. The buffer is between activities not in a activity. Could you check that?
