    Is this even compatible with people who have borderline personality disorder and cptsd and a shitload of other psychiatric labels? Because I'm going to tell you right now, welcoming in the intensity that comes with these things, the intense emotions has done nothing but help me ruin my life in every single relationship with everyone I've ever known including myself. In fact there's never been stability in any of it. In fact I don't even know what stability is. Traditional therapy being thrown in asylums and being medicated does not help me whatsoever. It makes shit that much more worse. And teachings from Neville Goddard that teach me that the whole vast world is myself pushed out, kind of similar to what Byron Katie teaches, shows me that that's not a lie. My teenage sister fucking killed herself last month. And I know that came from me. I recognized it as soon as I got the news from it. That is only adding to the fucking stress of everything that I've always blamed myself for anyways this whole entire lifetime. I don't have to try at all to welcome in the intense emotions that come with this devastating mental distortion. When I ask myself can I let this go, that's when the rage fucking overtakes me. In fact I don't even have to ask if I can let it go for the rage to overtake me. For the screams to overtake me. If I fully feel into a Feeling which is extremely intense again words do not justify what I'm trying to describe here, trouble happens. Including law enforcement. So what are we supposed to do?

      Thanks for your awesome post. You are super powerful and seem very interesting. Hey, just curious- have you welcomed or let go on less intense things, like having a sniffle or a slight headache or boredom and felt any relief? I know tackling humongous problems have backfired in crazy big ways for me despite my best intentions when they seemed special or different from the surviving I successfully do every single day.

      @@stephenpitkin5492 I have yes in a nutshell. but I could write 10 pages on it. Trying my best to describe the inner experience of it. I don't want to freak you out anymore. It's so deep and dark. I'm just here to spread awareness for people who suffer with this complex distortion.

Releasing is different than expressing or venting or acting out or being overtaken by any feeling. Sometimes a releasing question about letting something go can result in another feeling coming up but feeling to is coming up to be released. It's a process of simply bringing awareness to, or simply noticing the sensations, aka energy, in the body that correspond to the feelings and allowing the sensation/energy to move through the bodymind. While you may not have had a good experience with working with an appropriate mental health professional yet, we state very clearly that releasing using The Sedona Method doesn't claim to diagnose, treat or cure psychiatric or physical conditions. We also firmly recommend that folks who are experiencing these things consult the appropriate professional. FYI, we can release while working with a professional.

      @@IAMtheoneyoulovetolove there is a "Be in Health" online conference healing for PTSD coming up in November that might help you. I agree, these other methods don't work for your level of distress and symptoms. Wishing you the best.

    Why are problems solved when you let go?

    • @TheSedonaMethod
      @TheSedonaMethod  2 роки тому +2

      Sometimes problems are solved when we let go because holding on is the problem. Holding onto to old beliefs about ourselves, about others and about the world around us can get in the way of circumstances changing.
