You can always count on a kid to laugh really hard any time they hear the word, "butt." Nice looking build you've got here. My only regret on mine so far is that I didn't go with the spindle kit like you. I inherited a '99 Yamaha G16 gas cart and have done a lot of similar mods. Recovering the seats was tougher than any tuning, wrench turning, or scrubbing that I have done so far!
Looks good man, just got a '90 DS and purchased the lift, light kit, few other odds and ends. My 4 y/o is excited to help work on it. Mine is electric and I'm debating on a motor upgrade.
No at all, I only run them when the engine is running so it never drains the battery low. Even with the lights running, usb stuff charging, and seats running I haven’t had any issues.
@@dirtytruckhotrodshop7829 ah dang, I have been looking for one but can’t find them at all, i have the fender flares on mine and really like the look of them.
Love to see your little girl helping. That's how I learned. Need more of that now a days.
Thank you!
Loving her helping
and the bike in the back.
Thank you! She’s the best helper!
What a great helper you have!

What website i just picked up the same
Hi... like to know more about your lift kit and how much it was....I'm looking for a 4" lift kit....and what year was your club cart....I have a 1994
Mine is a 98. Pricing wasn’t too bad when I did it but it’s crazy now if you can find them in stock!
Any problems with the stock low output generator supplying enough power for those heated seats?
No at all, I only run them when the engine is running so it never drains the battery low. Even with the lights running, usb stuff charging, and seats running I haven’t had any issues.
Looks good! How does the roof feel on the back ? Do you still have the golf bag attachment that was on the back post?
We are actually looking for the extended roof! I tried to give the bag attachment away for a month and no one wanted it.

It’s really hard to find stuff available right now. The company I work for can’t even find service trucks or air compressors to buy!
What size tire and wheel did you use? I have a DS and looking for mods.
I’ll check! I don’t remember the exact size off the top of my head!
The tires are 20x10-10 and the wheels are 10x7. Hope this helps!
@@dirtytruckhotrodshop7829 Thanks. What's the floor height off the ground. Wondering is 6" lift would be to high for my elderly in laws to step up in.
About 19 inches. My 4 year old and 7 year old daughters have no issue getting in or out.
Should of painted it before doing all that work
The body isn’t hard to remove. I also wouldn’t want to be cutting and drilling into a freshly painted body before I test fit anything.
