Good question! As far as I know right now they are working on the downtown area only. A lot of the waterfront down that way is residential and they also have to deal with the railroad as well.

@@jb-cp4ye So, what you're saying, without saying it, is you don't like change. Too bad, the change had happened, it's happening and will continue to happen. Vancouver, WA will be a place where more affluent people visit and live and that will be a good thing.
