It is a light smoke vinyl wrap

Thanks! Headlights are factory with just a smoke vinyl wrap over it. Fog lights are Mode Parfume made for the Mode Parfume bumper which I also wrapped with the smoked vinyl.

second thing does the kit comes with the head and fog lights and if not what lights did you have one them
