l इन तीनों को धोखे अच्छे से रात भर भिगो देंगे और सुबह उठकर जल्दी इसको पीस लेंगे पीसने के 5 से 6 घंटे के बाद हम दोष या इडली बनाएंगे तो आपकी इडली ड़ोसा बहुत ही परफेक्ट बनेगा
