If you dont like to color grade you can convert rec 709 to cineon log in davinci resolve and use the kodak 2383 d60,55,65 lut for the footage. Just take into account that each of those numbers are for specific white balances. You probably arent setting white balance but can just throw the lut on based on time of day to match. Im colorblind so i dont really color grade and im going to play around with this. Also have an obsession currently with 2383 😂

I know people are using oval eyeglass cases because of the size of it that might be more suitable to put in my pocket when I go to events, so I’m excited to see what happens

It’s worth getting the creator combo. The mic alone is a huge bonus, and the extra battery plus the carry case for all your stuff is super nice.

isnt vertical actually just horizontal but cropped? it doesn't spin the sensor 90 deg when changing to vertical mode
Correct. The sensor is the head on the top, so no it doesn't rotate 90 degrees.

Hello. How good is the tracking? I am planning on setting this on a tripod and tracking players for basketball/tennis and other fast paced games.
It’s good in my opinion. But multiple tracking may not as good as camera though.

No, it's 3K. Still good for most purposes, but not as good as horizontal. It has to crop a vertical image from a horizontal sensor.
It’s not, but I use the square format a lot so I can reframe in post and I’d say for iPhone content consumption most people won’t even think about it.
