If we are incrementing sp+1 then how it will become sp=0 and we will set if to full ???

SP moves in a circular manner. So if the stack is full(64+1=0) or stack is empty both the case SP will be 0.

First item is stored at address 1 and last item at address 0 which shows stack is full if sp=0
