The Duke of Sussex is suing News Group Newspapers (NGN) over alleged unlawful information gathering, with a blockbuster trial set for January next year.

The Duke of Sussex “deliberately destroyed” potential evidence relating to his High Court phone hacking claim against the publisher of The Sun, it has been claimed.
News Group Newspapers (NGN) is seeking the release of emails, as well as text messages and WhatsApp messages, sent and received by the Duke, and material held on two encrypted hard drives.
The publisher is also demanding to see records of communication between the Duke and Sir Clive Alderton, the King’s private secretary, as well as Sir Michael Stevens, the Keeper of the Privy Purse and treasurer to the King.
It wants access to the many texts sent between the Duke and JR Moehringer, the author who ghostwrote his memoir, Spare.

Should Prince Harry be found guilty in his next court appearance over deleting evidence surly this will effect his pending USA visa. We believe that the USA only welcome people who tell the truth. So, should Harry have a criminal record after next years court case his visa application form will have to be amended, and his criminal record entered on his new application. Oh dear, big Joe might not be standing at the next election, its looking dodgy Harry.
The law suit should be thrown out and he should be charged with tampering of evidence...

Ok I have to say this - as a veteran, I can tell you while the military does test it's officers to see if they can handle captivity, the only ones to my knowledge who actually have hands laid on them, do low crawls under live fire, beaten, frozen, starved, in other words actually placed in harm's way during training are *special forces*. Like the SEALs, Army Rangers, and others, including those in countries all over the world. I am talking about civilized countries, not countries that brutalize their military members to supposedly toughen them up. Also, pilots go through it, go through survival school, actually eat bugs, stuff like that. I can't prove it but I think once again Harry lied.
In Britain, the SAS go through extreme interrogation training.

The ghostwriter should be called into court - because I don't believe he would delete all correspondance with Harry!! He admitted working with Harry was "challenging" - so I'm sure he kept the emails and texts!! He won't want to be "thrown under the bus" by them!!
You have a very strong point there. I suspect any ghost writer would retain all correspondence as insurance against any accusations. And if your client is controversial, like H, it'd be even more important to keep records of what was said.
Megaliar did the same thing with that book she wrote End Game had Scooby take the fall and then blame the proof reader that destroyed her life and job. They are both mentally unstable and are out of control.

The point being, how can h complain about his ‘secrets’ being spilled by the press when he himself has spilled not only his secrets, but those of his family. So, essentially, h has hacked his family. It is highly significant that his family’s private info is on those discs, because he did not have permission to share it with ANYONE irrespective if it were put in the book or not. And biographers keep ALL of their research data in case they get sued.
