I haven’t used it yet but based on its feel and the way the blade and motor moves really reminds me of the Saber from SC. Which, we all know is a fucking demon. That being said, I assume it works somewhere between the Onyx and Instinct for half the cost. Which genuinely seems like a no brainer.
If the ergonomics of the JRL is bothering you, and you've got money to spare - then go for the play. Otherwise, it's from the same factory so you've essentially got the same clipper

Got mine in today and been had the jrl onyx every aspect is pretty similar including blade, lever and 2 speed. Id say the only difference is tpob is slimmer shape which i prefer.

Idk how to explain it, but the fade just comes out way smoother before detailing than with the Onyx. Imma keep testing it over the next weeks and it might genuinely become my new favorite clipper of all time.
I’m probably going to get this, I have about 15 clippers, most name brand, some aliexpress and I always go back to babyliss fx clipper. I like the lithium fx clipper too, for aliexpress I like madeshow m8f and g9c, also vgr v003. I like jrl but not the shape, I think this one will be good
