Thank you David & Krista. Your conversation is so clear. It has helped me a lot. I listened to Krista in her other channel, Simple.Mindful.Connected. first and she led me to David Bingham. And since then, 2 weeks ago, I have listened to your channels & videos. Now I feel more settled...sometimes some forgetting, but not for very long. My seeking has been 20 years, and now thanks to what you ignited, the realization is stabilizing with more consistency. Integration is still on going, but its not so unstable. Thank you.

Loved your video. The insights you provided really helped guide me through some hinderances I was encountering on my own path. Question: having been several months now since the realization you spoke of with David, and the comments you made with regard to the new perspectives it brought to old practices, specifically meditation, I wonder if you have found use for/continued with meditation and/or mantra? If so, in what capacity/to what end?

Awareness is inate and not an add on, so my experience is seeking something great as an add on doesn't lead to awareness but rather the falling away of things hindering what's inate
