Respectfully, I think she probably already knew this. However may not have felt comfortable in doing so. I have a lot of Muslim colleagues who do not cover all of their hair when wearing the hijab - but they told me one day they will. I guess it's all about what one feels comfortable in doing and it was rosies first time wearing one ❤
