you can place your blush higher on the cheekbone as long as you don’t put it on the apples of your cheeks as well. You kinda just have to choose which placement.
I’m guilty of perhaps bringing it up a bit far but never when it’s really pigmented, if that makes sense so it doesn’t come off too harsh. But it’s definitely one of those things that’s easy to over do!! 😂 Great tips as always 😘
Thank You, Sona! I learned that I’m applying my blush the wrong way. I also have blush brushes that are bigger so I need to get yours. I have your blush in Carmel so I’m wondering which one you put on in your video. I thought that I’d be able to tell which one you put on, but I’m not sure. 💞💞
You always make makeup application look so easy and natural and perfect! I am not the best at applying blush or bronzer in a way that looks natural, though that is always my intent, and for me bronzer in particular is one of my absolute fave and necessary parts of doing my face that truly make everything come together and make me feel prettiest. Wish I had you to be my makeup artist every day. You are always so sweet in all of your videos, thank you for that
I really enjoy watching these type of videos from you, that's why I started following you a long time ago because your tips are always so helpful and make a big difference in my makeup application. Great video as always. 💛💛💛
I loooooove blushes ☺️ even these days we're wearing face mask I have to put blush 😄 As for the eye look, it's pretty much like what you have here, Ms Sona. Vavavoom lashes , an nice wash of color in the eyes and a subtle eyeliner. Thats why I can't take my eyes off the eyeliner you have here 😍
@@simplysona I listen to allie glines too and your Identity palette is her favorite high end eyeshadow and her eyes arent even brown! I cant wait until it is restocked too. ;)
Hi Sona, I feel like your mainly tutorials and make up presentations are for women with dark hair and dark eyes. Can you please show us simple daily light natural make up for blond's with blue eyes ? Thank you. Eva
I needed this so bad ! Been struggling a lot with a new Nars Blush palette, and I was using a brush like the second one and extending the application to the ear. Thanks !
Hi Sona. I didn't know that a shimmer blush is not good for large pores so thanks for the information. I tossed mine today due to expiration date and only have matte blushes left. P. S. I liked your makeup artist skills very much on the Elevator Makeup show
This is a video I didn't know I needed😍. I was able to learn so much from this. Please make more of this type of lessons maybe next can be eyeliners or mascara. Love you Sona😊
#EarlySquad. Yes. This is perfect. I love to learn the “right” way to wear blush ! A lot of women you see , you want to just rub their blush off !! Ha ha. I have mature skin and i also use powder first to cover the bad skin. Thanks. You are just gorgeous
Loved this! Great info....I absolutely adore my “Georgia” blush from your line! May I ask where you found your earrings in your second piercings? Stay safe & well🥰
When you talked about powder as a first step, are there special powders that prep the skin for blush application? I use powder all over my face anyway, to set the foundation (when I am not using powder foundation). Is that good enough or should I get a special powder just as a primer for blush? If it's the latter, where would I find one?
Even if we put a powder down, it affects how the cream blush will wear. For example, texture, make up attracting attention to the combinations of products running into one another. It's like ya can't win.
Crazy how gurus have different opinions on blush placement. Others I’ve seen say the total opposite. I could be wrong I think Wayne Goss has the completely opposite opinion. I guess there’s no right way, just how you wanna look!
I think that a lot of it is your bone and muscle structure. When this lady isn't smiling, she still has "apple" cheeks. My mom did, too. The muscle still provides a lift. When I'm not smiling, however, I have no apples; my face just looks flat there, so I usually only apply blush to my cheekbones.
Nena Pen, elf has a soft halo powder that I love and No 7 lift and illuminate is also a good one - it’s a dupe for the Charlotte Tilbury one. Blushes by Milani are great as well as Colourpop - they’re at ulta but cheaper than drugstore prices. Also the new Almay blushes are amazing.
I think color is something you can really have fun with. I feel like it’s more of a preference so I would have a few difference blushes to go with your mood. I love a cool tone with dramatic looks and a warm tone with more natural looks.
There are different schools of thought on where to place blush. This is just one way. I liked learning this.

I just recently discovered you and now I must say you are one of my favorites! Very soft spoken and sweet and very direct to the point!

I am Latina and have tan skin with warm undertone . Would both of your blushes work for me ?
I think you'll like Georgia 🍑
Am I only the only the one that loves the look of the glowy side 🤔 I think a more of a toned down version would be more beautiful 😍

Is there a cheaper blush brush that is similar?
U look gorgeous ❤️😍......
So helpful video
Oh dear! Double blushing? Is now a good time to ask if were having another melt down? 😤😤😤
Does anyone have any recommendations for drugstore pore minimizing powders and blushes? ☺️
I really like the covergirl setting powder and Honest Beauty cream blushes.

What do u Wear on ur lips?
Does anyone know which gloss she’s wearing on her lips? Is it Toffee?
I feel like I mixed so many colors this day but from what I can see i might have mixed Toffee with Shortcake.
@@sonagasparian9350 thanks, Sona!
Thank you...
Am I the only one who didn’t know what color blush you needed? I would always get super dark blush
Yes!! I have the hardest time deciding what color I’m supposed to use! The pics of the models for brands never look how it looks on me. 🤦🏻♀️
Her brand in Georgia is perfect. I recomme s a blush palette with multiple ajades

Lol me too! I dont know how to pick a color!
Fortunately no texture on my skin but I have to remove the red out of my skin. Darn Irish heritage.
How much
😍😍
