I watch your videos from the mountains of Southeastern Kentucky, in America. I have a question please: Americans have a different method of canning using separate lids and rings. Using your method of tightening down a lid only, are there many failures of jars not sealing or contents spoiling? This is fascinating for me, and I would really like to learn your preservation methods. Thank you, and God bless all!
