    Creamy One Pot Garlic Chicken
    Ingredients:
    2 chicken breasts
    2 large shallots
    8 cloves (3 tablespoons paste or minced)
    I 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
    1/4 cup ap flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 cup white wine
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1/2cup whipped heavy cream
    1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1/2 cup parmesan
    1 1/2 cup orzo
    Ingredients:
    Cut two chicken breasts in half creating 4 chicken cutlets. Pound slightly to make cutlets as even as possible.
    Combine 1/2 the flour, 1/2 the salt, 1/2 the pepper and all the paprika in a shallow dish.
    Add 1.2 the olive oil to a pan over medium to medium high heat.
    LIGHTLY dredge chicken in flour and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked through.
    While chicken is cooking finely chop shallots and garlic and chop the mushrooms.
    When chicken is finished cooking remove the chicken and set aside. DO NOT clean the pan.
    Lower the heat to medium low and add the mushrooms, shallots, garlic, oregano, parsley and basil.. Sauté until aromatic.
    Once shallots are garlics are finished cooking add remaining flour. Cook flour for about 2 minutes to move the flour taste. Add 1/2 cup white wine and use a wooden or rubber spatular to remove the brown bits from the bottom.
    Add the chicken broth and heavy cream.
    Reduce over low heat until desired (What is the word) is reached.
    Stir in parmesan just before cooking.
    Serve over orzo.
