This is a review of the small red one-man Cobra attack hovercraft, the Rat. I'm not sure why it's called that... maybe something about sinking ships? It's nowhere near the quality of the previous small attack boat, the 1990 Cobra Piranha. It's mostly remember for the silly spinning rotor fan launcher. Yes, you read that right.
