Why does the Qur'an teach men are allowed to have intimate relations with little girls who haven't had a period yet? And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him of his matter ease. “and [also for] those who have not menstruated.” This 2nd group is identified as being too young to menstruate according to your scholars. Ibn Kathir: _“Allah the Exalted clarifies the waiting period of the woman in menopause. And that is the one whose menstruation has stopped due to her older age. Her `Iddah is three months instead of the three monthly cycles for those who menstruate, which is based upon the Ayah in (Surat) Al-Baqarah. THE SAME FOR THE YOUNG, WHO HAVE NOT REACHED THE YEARS OF MENSTRUATION. Their `Iddah is three months like those in menopause.”_ The Iddah is 3 months (waiting period) to make sure she's not pregnant. In 33:49 we're told that if she doesn't have an Iddah then the man can leave because he has not touched her. [33:49] O you who believe! When you marry believing women, and then divorce them before you have sexual intercourse with them, *NO 'IDDAH [divorce prescribed period, see (V. 65:4)]* have you to count in respect of them. So give them a present, and set them free i.e. divorce, in a handsome manner. So why the Qur'an teaches men can have intimate relations with little girls who haven't had a period yet?
Yeah, it’s a very delicious dish, but I must tell you… I tried tajine in Morocco and the Tajine in this restaurant is better than even some restaurants I tried in Morocco.... 😅🙆♀️🤷♀️🥹
