I have a leo rising and all of these traits are the exact opposite of me. I'm very introverted, quiet, and lack self-confidence and self-love. Nothing about my clothes and makeup are flashy and attention-grabbing. It makes me wonder if I used the wrong time of birth but my mom seems very confident with the time she gave me.
It depends on your chart as a whole and the degrees. For example I’m a Scorpio sun and a Taurus moon so although I am an extrovert I’m more reserved than someone who has more fire signs and air signs in their chart
Firstly: If you are leo rising your chart ruler is sun. Sun becomes more powerful in your chart. Look at your sun placement and the aspects and the degrees to those placments and the aspects. And LOOK ALSO YOUR LEO RIISNG APECTS. Then look at the rest of your chart. If you still do not reasonate with it try the vedic chart.
