Great video…. Trying to buy a LVS 34…(back order/out of stock everywhere) and now this new one threw me into indecision…..I want the clearest image, range not my issue.. you explained it perfectly. Thanks. Staying with LVS 34 and saving “ thousands “.
Great info here. Couple unrelated questions. Is there a way to color grade depth shading? Second question, is there a way to eliminate the background box around the overlay numbers on maps and 2D like we have on side and down vu? I’d like to have just the numbers visible like. The box just makes the screen smaller. Thanks in advance!
PLEASE do a video comparing LIVESCOPE ONLY display resolution on different head units (EchoMap93UHD vs Ultra106 vs GPSMAP) do the higher resolution screens have ANY impact on the LIVESCOPE display? or is the Livescope display locked in at a set lower resolution output from the GLS10 black box?
I like your videos. My question is. I fish in the ocean with water up 120’ I have garmin ultra 10 sv with gt54 transducer. I not happy with the picture. Do you think I should go with a garmin b60 transducer thru hull
I still use the 32 but only in certain scenarios. The 34 is definitely a upgrade and the 62 is for deeper water. I’m wanting to get my hands on one for trolling for salmon.
The first reports that I am seeing from testers is that it works best in the 45-105’ foot range but I don’t know if that was fresh or salt water. What depths are fit usually fishing and do you currently have livescope?
@@fishwithsterling2010 man i would go with the lvs 34. Its hard enough to see catfish on the bottom as it is. The xr having a lower frequency will probably make this worse.

Bingo!
Glad it helped

Ordered compete bundle with the 34 from my green outdoors. Recieved in less than 2 weeks

This is definitely a video I want to do!
@@MGMarineTech awesome! thanks!
What are you calling deep or shallow water !! Deep=25-40 or 75-150 ????
I’d switch to a 62 in anything over like 90+
Or salt water
So all 3 use the same box can if you have lvs32 all you need is just the transducer
Correct. If you want to update to any of them you just need the transducer and to update the gls10

yes I would definitely go to a different transducer for deeper salt water. But what type of sonar is important to you?
@@MGMarineTech down, scan imaging Clearview
Don’t get me wrong the GT 54 is great in our back bay. But I need the side scan Clearview to find the structure of the reef in cape may New Jersey.
@@robertteti2253 I would opt for either the gt56 or the 51
@@robertteti2253 I should have both in stock
Are you using a 34 now, and does it help to see suspended fish while trolling?

Stop trolling and jig ya dork
Thank you for explaining that
Yes thank u garmin thank u now maybe I can afford the 32
Hey brother thanks for the video. I do catfish tournaments and wanted to know if you think this would work for catfishing in deep water ?
The first reports that I am seeing from testers is that it works best in the 45-105’ foot range but I don’t know if that was fresh or salt water.

That’s about the range we fish on the Mississippi River. Any new news on that keep me posted if you don’t mind .
@@fishwithsterling2010 will do, take a peak around UA-cam I know there are some on the water videos popping up now that it’s released.

Love and appreciate your videos, but always get dizzy watching you walk around while you talk. Tripods work great. 🙂
Lol it’s a nervous tick
Heck they can’t even keep the lvs34 on stock
Who can keep anything in stock?
Scheels has them for days
Dude doesn't have one. He's just reading specs everyone already has read. What a poser! Click bait waste of time
Being that this video was filmed and posted the DAY the 62 was released to the public you are right I didn’t have one…. VERY FEW did..
