I started working construction in the late 60's and I was working non union but we always knew what the union wages were and what kind of raise they got because non union shops kind of followed along. not as much money but when the union got a raise we got a raise. and oh yea the top tax rate was 90% and there were still plenty of rich people that had way more and nicer stuff.

The problem for the Harris campaign is that she brings nothing to the table. I’m over a decade younger than him and - recognizing that every body is different and not everyone has a good constitution - i understand why he has to rest a lot. I can do one big thing a day (like shop at Costco, or trim the bushes) and I’m done for the rest of the day. @@ronniem3592Nixon wasn't a terrible person per se. And he did do a lot of good things, and some very bad ones. His biggest problem was that he didn't have an overriding political philosophy to fall back on when making tough decisions. So he ended up making the easy decision. And it got him caught up.
