We used to try this in the 90’s but using one big axle for the front, bent like a top hat shape. I like yours better because you can keep the engine. However with mine we couldn’t get enough hop out of it, even with a much higher voltage. So we had to wire up two buttons, each in opposite polarity from the other. So you push one button and the car comes up some. Then let go and it drops. Then you press the other button and the motor reverses and the string unravels for a few revolutions, and then starts winding up again, till it runs out of slack and pulls the car up, this time even faster because the motor got to run a bit longer to build up momentum before the slack in the string took up. Practice your timing, alternating back and forth from one button to the other and you could get it hopping pretty good.
Hell ya me too same setup! I’ve gotten into the scratch made a-arms and cylinders lately. Got em workin great with the alternating polarity switch method 😎
We would find the smallest motors possible and wire one to each wheel and make a switch box . But some models don't have enough room for 4 motors so we would do 1 front and 1 back
Thank you TOEKNEE from GODWORX! Great tutorial. Me and my son will be using your set up for our project, great father/son bonding, we searched youtube and didn't find any setup we liked, until we came across your channel, you definitely have the best setup. Keep the videos coming! Good job!
I'm very flattered and I appreciate you and ur comment, I'm glad I made this video. If any questions please feel free to ask. I will convert this car wireless aswell so please stay tuned for that.
@jayypeezy36 hey, I apologize for the late reply.. I look into a crown vic model. You would have to build the suspension tower. I had to use the u bar method on my crown vic.
Smart idea, like the old u bars but still having the engine show but can you make a tutorial showing how to do the a arms setup cause I still don't understand it
@YnotTony03 ya I saw the videos explaining the back too and no one has really made a full in depth video explaining how it works but I still can't get the a arms tho but good job it looks bad ass
Check if ur string is getting snagged some where or that ur string has enough space between the motor and the pinion gear on the shaft of the motor so it can unwind. Hope this helps... 🙏
Check if maybe the string is cutting into the body causing it to hold... Also add a lil bit of Vaseline to the string it helps a lot... I hope this helps...
Ur video is not lame, I love this country but I have to pretend someone is shooting my stupid ass and get down asap. Drive bys ain't no joke in la bro.
Your the only one doing these tutorials bro!! Thanks for all the info definitely subscribed!!
Thank you I appreciate it.. I'll try my best to make them more detailed and easier to understand...

You can replace interior with motors and do tinted windows to hide them
That's what I did first, but I challenged myself and this came out good. I was surprised It worked out...
Can u do this on molded bottom ones?
I believe so... but ima have to check on that.

Doesn't the string on the motor wind itself up tight?
It does, you can use Vaseline on the string To help it from winding up. And once the car comes down it unwinds itself. Hope this helps
@@XGODWORX Thanks, yep I was starting to figure that out. I must try this for sure.
My next low rider I'm going to try to put switches on it
Smart idea, like the old u bars but still having the engine show but can you make a tutorial showing how to do the a arms setup cause I still don't understand it
Thank you... I do have one that works with the A arms. It is more work and to explain. But I can try. Thank you for checking out the vids.
@YnotTony03 ya I saw the videos explaining the back too and no one has really made a full in depth video explaining how it works but I still can't get the a arms tho but good job it looks bad ass
Damn that thing is awesome where can you order the parts for that lowrider if I may ask thank you great job
Thank you, I appreciate you stopping by checking out the video. You can get most of these parts of amazon.
Welp gotta come out of retirement. Nice session
You sell them ready to hop ?
I don't have any... I just sharing how I build them
Can I get a link on where to buy these parts please. And under what title.
Hey I hope all is well. I would like to be able to add links but I'm not to sure how to do that. But hopefully I'll figure it out, have a great day.
cual es su precio bro?
Estoy asiendo kits. AL momento Para los carros... y voy a dar este carro un raffle Para mis sigidores. Pero voy a ser un anunsio primero..
Mine only hoped ones then the string wond up on the motor axle. What did I do wrong?
It mite be you have to much slack on the string. Also add petroleum jelly to lube the string and will help it from staying stuck.
@GOD_WORX thank you, I'll try it. I'll let you know if it works.
I live in Los Angeles South Central LA
Can someone help me it only hopps once and I put Vaseline on it already

I also need a tutorial on a 57’ bel air whenever you can
How much for one
My line just stays on the motor and don’t let the front down
Check if maybe the string is cutting into the body causing it to hold... Also add a lil bit of Vaseline to the string it helps a lot... I hope this helps...
This doesn’t drive, does it?
No. Just a basic build... but will become wireless hopper.
Yo that’s awsome. But can you like list all the things we need to do that?
No problem, I'll list it in the description
