I remember when poker was booming back in the 2000's with Fulltilt, Poker after Dark, High Stakes and WSOP. So many great characters playing poker back than. I stopped watching and playing for awhile but I think poker is making a comeback in 2022 with channels like this. Keep rockin it steady.

In the first hand you’ve gotta think that Pablo didn’t have enough chips to do the move he was trying. At the end it was difficult to say he really had a winning hand so the call at pot odds was worthwhile.

Andy = *easily* my favorite player featured in this compilation. Good manners, smart play, quick thinking/acting, non-uniform chip stacking...what's not to like?! :D Garrett may occupy most of the reel, but he takes wayyyyyyyyyy too long to solve puzzles. His accuracy is impressive, but the time loses him boatloads of points in my book. Routine tanking is largely why poker is dead today.
You try making impulse decisions with 100k on the line…. I don’t see any problem with him taking his time. He’s allowed it. He is actively thinking and swinging back and forth

I'm thoroughly familiar with high-pressure risk management. That's not to say anyone who can't think that fast is an imbecile, I just find it excruciatingly boring to watch in poker. At least Garrett has some personality. The worst are these deadpan washout basement-dweller virgins who have the nerve to consider themselves "great poker players" while also tanking routinely with simple decisions...and not knowing a single form of poker outside of NLHE. I dunno...I just miss the days when poker was fun / not dropping off a cliff in popularity. The extreme increase in needless tanking is largely responsible for the failing health of the poker world.

That was amazing!". They appreciate the risk taking and they're all having fun together but it doesn't mean in their heart of hearts they think it was objectively the right call. He's losing to a ton of bluffs there 66s, 88s, A4, AQ, random 10 etc.

I tripled up, but seeing that Jack as the first card i was swearing so hard under my breath. Garrett vs Andy the first two are not that difficult. The first one if a 2 doesn't come and say a Jack or a queen that would be way tougher. He literally loses to nearly all sets and 4s. Second one he loses to what a set on turn and River ? Andy can't have kings ther.
Garrett isn't a top tier cash winning poker player because he maximises his wins, we can all do that, it's because he can make hero folds when you and I would snap call just to see them. It's legitimately exceptional.

Garrett vs Andy the first two are not that difficult. The first one if a 2 doesn't come and say a Jack or a queen that would be way tougher. He literally loses to nearly all sets and 4s. Second one he loses to what a set on turn and River ? Andy can't have kings ther.
Garrett isn't a top tier cash winning poker player because he maximises his wins, we can all do that, it's because he can make hero folds when you and I would snap call just to see them. It's legitimately exceptional.

This AK call in the first video was just so wrong. If i would have been the player all in, i would have started to cry. It was a perfectly played bluff and there was no way his opponent can call this.
