Try putting an ice pack wrapped in some napkins at the base of the back of your neck. Put it on for a short while only. This will help to reduce the swelling of the blood vessel that trigger migraines. That helps a lot with migraines. I’m a medical instructor and suffer from. migraines also

Such a weird experience this video. I often watch in bed and so have my glasses off, meaning a certain amount of blurriness is normal. With this one I kept squinting trying to fix the blur when before remembering it’s on purpose. 😂

I know it is socially created by the different environments experienced by European girls as opposed those from say, the U.S. I am trying define how those differences of more resonance, milder tones, inflections, etc. I hear from Those from the European girls are, slightly more appealing. ??Maybe reaching but I am feeling ??perhaps a combination of more stable, connected history with each other/family, etc.; perhaps also more stability from the culture; maybe add a closer connection with a kind spiritual I feel many European persons may have more contact with?? Not sure, but probably other variables. I feel the say, girls from the U.S. although also quite rich for those who reach into Asmr and other more spiritual areas, but- perhaps the more instability; less homogenous; less connected history may be the difference. I love them all, but for me, I feel the other, more so.
