Running tips are lit and entertaining! Thanks for sharing this vid, Stephen. Quick question for you though, have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a weight-loss meal plan from them that's worked wonders for me.
Nice video Stephen. Makes me miss Hawaii. Went there a couple of times when I lived in California and Oregon. Ran in the trail world championships on the big island. Quite gnarly trails out there!
Aloha Stephen welcome to Oahu! I’m born and raised here and yes Jurassic Park was filmed on this island. Love the videos! Solid running tips and entertaining! Are you running the marathon this Sunday?
Nice! Looks like you are on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. Yep some of Jurassic Park was filmed there! Surf Waikiki, get a shrimp plate on North Shore... tons of things to do. Enjoy it!
Never been to Hawaii but I have heard there is a well known/famous bookshop somewhere there that sells amazing books covering all sorts of things. Believe you can order coffee there as well. Sorry not sure the name of it.
Hey Stephen! Loving the series so far. I've been watching each new entry to start my day, since it coincidentally started up around the time I decided I wanted to try to run my first marathon in Melbourne next October. Quick question: you've covered staying motivated and keeping going in past videos. But what about having too much motivation? This new goal of mine is exciting to work towards and I just want to do more. What's the limit? How do I know how much is too much? I feel like I could do more than the training plan I'm following is prescribing, but I don't want to be naïve and push myself into injury or overtraining.
