In my humble opinion this is some of the most important information on medicine that can be taught....period
Sure conventional medicine has its place but doesn't even compare or come close to this.... This knowledge is priceless..
I look forward to seeing Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan visit the Shaolin Temple and showing us some of his knowledge... Master Shi Heng Yi it's always a pleasure to see you, I hope things are going well
    Thank you both 🙏🏻😌

Thank you very much for sharing this teachings.
They have a great value and brings a holistic view about the relationship between the Martial Arts, healing and energy.
It is important to know all these, when you are like me, and you want to start learning Qi Gong.
I found, the first time a video on UA-cam about Qi Gong and Master Shi Heng Yi, just three days ago.
And since then i am watching and i am eager to find more information about this and learn how to practice.
I watched, in the past, other videos about Qi Gong, but none of them were at this high quality level.
These Masters transmit knowledge and pure energy.
    Thank you very much !

Without love all medicines can't work. Patient need to feel love from others and love inside. And if we choose medicine, there need to be faith in medicine or method which we choosed...because this faith take us into peace and give homeostasis to cell and body can recover. In stress body can't heal. So martial art is definitely way how to be more harmonised, in stability and healthy. People should practice it more. "Mind is holding body healthy, or healthy body is holding mind, but if you have sick both...then it's really issue." Those words told me one old profesor of psychiatric medicine. He was correct anf herbs are helping us to have balanced Spirit. They have impact on our inner energy. That's why not every herb is good for all. Because it depends what we need harmonise. But chi kung, diet, herbs and meditations are prevention of sickness. If you teach people these things, they don't need pay for doctors or treatment later. So I am glad that these knowledges are shared. It heals society on deeper level than physical sickness. 🙏🏻❤️

Good afternoon shifu, I thank you for the knowledge. But sir, I was drawn to the shaolin by an unknown force back in July. Lots of odd things happened in June. Boundless energy and my strength grew. I felt more alive and magical. A lot of odd things occurred too. But I have always been drawn to monks and kung. I have always been the athletic type, but here recently I can sing, dance and even fight more fluidly. Even my friends get mad because I can now beat them st fighting games lol I gave my soul to a pecan tree years ago... but have just felt that she is my mother and I even have a father pecan tree. But it's here recently when I accepted myself as their child that my physical abilities have grown and my mental clarity is so incredibly calm. There is more, but I know the shaolin will understand, as the lame are too blind to...

Grandmaster speaking of Tai Chi and laughing knows that Tai Chi is probably most learned of disciplines by elderly learning new alternatives toward more agile body, not necessarily for using Tai Chi as a Mixed Martial Arts discipline for fighting in a ring. Respectfully, some car dealerships in America use similar approach to boost sales by taking vehicles off the lot in attempts to fool potential customers into thinking they must be reputable sales persons for doing such a big turn-around in sales. Similarly, the government also has a strategy for moving persons to boost population in their favor, and the same for certain programming boosting ratings of their favorite shows. Likewise for Tai Chi. If the target is to downplay a suggestion for better mobility and it is applied to something else in attempts to provoke a potential fool, and the target is people who practice Tai Chi, then the numbers might possibly swing in the desired direction for the intended application.. however, it would appear the intended application has successfully achieved its own goal of fooling a Grandmaster.

It did not leave us it's just that we are bombarded with the profit corporation that their method is the best. Where some of the modern medicine is good I will say by using the ancient method majority of our disease will be cured. It all start with us and changing our mindset. I hope this crisis everyone can start exchanging information for a better future. Much blessing to all and to the handsome monk much 💗😊😇

During practice, visualizations, when i reach for the sun and visualize the primordial sun, like a space scene of the golden sun made of hydrogen with bursts and a great sea of burning gas moving about, that seems to stimulate better than imagining the sun reflecting on water, as you suggested in a previous talk, is there a difference other than my imagination?

Empty the mind, fill the belly.
Don't visualize or imagine shit, just pay attention(light focus, centered and empty mind) on the LDT(behind qihai acupoint and between the kidneys, yin field 2-3 inches in diameter, again feel and don't imagine) and in time it'll fill up nicely and start rumbling, buzzing, vibrating and eventually overflowing, this is the foundation. Use natural breathing, do not force or reverse the breath before it happens naturally. Do not follow the energy with your mind or try to coax it to go somewhere, just let go. Do standing practice instead of seated meditation.
Try to find teacher that can guide you in practice and correct errors as they happen, but for now just try not to block your channels.

A major source of longevity is diet. There are areas in the world where people live longer, and it turns out these people eat nothing that comes from animals. They don't eat too much salt like the Chinese and Japanese do. They don't do marshal arts. They don't do meditation techniques. There is a group of Seventh Day Adventists (Christian) in California whose AVERAGE lifespan is 95 years. Imagine how much longer they could live if they learned Chi Kung!

man if a martial artist lives up to 80-85 that is very strange. my old mother is 80, unhealthy, sickly, and yet she made it to 80... yogis lives up to 100-120 years.. so...

    • @Bigfeet_E
      @Bigfeet_E Рік тому

Yogi's lifestyles are very different during the course of their lives in comparison to those dedicated to martial artists, wich in my view comes with a pricetag in that respect. But that isn't to say said martial artists couldn't adapt as they get older. The problem i see that needs overcoming is the dogmatic nature in extreme disciplinary practices. Then there is the matter of the focus of one's life purpose/soul-contract that has a say in it. As experience (ex-peer-science) in the physical realm has its temporal nature for a reason, when fulfilled to the best of its ability within the environment it thrived. Many other factors come to play, and the numbers game can become irrelevant when trying to compare it. Just my 2 cents.

With correct mindset, it is a good herb during practice as well. Harness it, use discipline with amount and type, and it will bring you much greater awareness of your body. The great assassin's of the ancient Arabian empires always trained under the influence of hash, hence the original title of "hashashin"(not sure of spelling). It enhances awareness, and can also enhance endurance, strength, and conditioning. Frees the mind from many of the concerns we have during normal training. Allows us to enter the state of flow. Try it, you will see. I recommend edible consumption over inhalation, healthier for the lungs. Good luck, my friend.
