This album was 20 years old when I first heard it around '95, but I have listened to it at least once a week in the 26 years since then. I virtually stalked Rother and Roedelius and got my vinyl signed. I've bothered Michael after shows on more than one occasion. Hans is nearly 90 now, still doing live shows, he was kind and indulged me too. I can be cool and all "oh hi man, how's it going?" with many of the great and good, as good fortune has allowed me to rub shoulders with, but there's something about these experimentalist Germans from half a century ago that just reduces me to an utter fanboy, like a gurl looking at Evan Dando in 1993. They are just so fucking cool.
Hier hört man die Anfänge von Flammende Herzen und Sterntaler sowie einige Passagen von La Düsseldorf. einfach Super.ich kenne Rother ,Dinger Moebius Roedelius, wer ist Kraftwerk?
This song is so pretty that it makes me feel happy inside but at the same time makes me wanna cry
It's not "pretty" it's deep!
Holy shit this is wonderful.

Happy birthday Conny Plank !
it's like a modern ode to joy
Immer wieder rauf und runter
Einmal drauf und einmal drunter
Immer wieder hin und her
Kreuz und quer, mal leicht, mal schwer
beautiful hopeful woven with a sense of underlying tragic sadness.
Hard to believe this was from 1975! So far ahead of its time.
Well believe it!1975 was a fascinating year for music!
danke an herbert, der an diese formation festhielt.

Along with Zucherzeit and Sowiesoso among my favourite "ambient" Krautrock albums.
That's the two Cluster albums I have too.
Danke
John Shepherd loved it too
