Well you've done a heck of a job! I bought the video :) I work IT in an Automotive manufacturing plant with dozens of robots, albeit none from Kuka, but Motoman and Fanuc. It's amazing what we can make them do, albeit as you've found out, it can be quite a "head scratching" challenge, especially when you are timing it to music.
