I do think that the dance is intended to celebrate an occasion when everyone is having a nice moment inside his/her heart. Those girls in the video are so outstandingly showing their joy together with others. That is shown in their faces and dances. Though I cant be there, I feel that way very much watching the dance on going. Jimmy made an outstanding performance displacing how the girls loved to be one of the dancers. Add oil,Jimmy!
The Tibetan folk dance is called Guozhuang dance 锅庄舞 and is quite popular especially among the Tibetan folks in Sichuan. Very pleasant to watch, very lively, and the music is also awesome. Beautiful people. Beautiful culture! Love it 💗💖💓

您好, 谢您的批评与指教。
据我从资料中所知，锅庄，又称 “果卓”、“歌庄” 等，藏语意为圆圈跳舞，是藏族三大民间舞蹈之一，因目的不同，可分为大型宗教祭祀活动的 “大锅庄”、用于民间传统节日的 “中锅庄” 和用于亲朋聚会的 “小锅庄” 等。
新锅庄的歌词内容、舞姿都比较灵活，多反映生产劳动，和农牧业生产的发展和经商贸易活动。
新锅庄是青年人喜爱的歌舞。锅庄舞的舞步分为 “郭卓”（走舞）和 “枯卓”（转舞）两大类。
“枯卓” 的舞姿多样，种类较多，常跳的有二步半舞、六步舞、八步舞、六步舞加拍、八步舞加拍、猴子舞等。
西藏舞好美，藏族美女也好美。锅庄舞跳法很自然，大方，愉快，漂亮，显现出藏民对于大自然的敬仰及享福感。
至于剪辑手法，本人也是苐一次剪辑锅庄舞视频，只想用特效及创意来表现创新感。也许有人贊同也有人不喜欢，欢迎大家来批评指教。
有机会本人也想亲自去西藏来拍个完正而有系统的锅庄舞。
