Hey there! I think it’s important to remember that LH is the trigger from your brain to get you to ovulate. A positive ovulation test does not indicate you’re going to ovulate that day. It means that you’re going to ovulate the NEXT day (24 hours later after positive ovulation test). They say once the test is as dark if not darker than the control line that’s your blazing positive ovulation test. A helpful tip would be to test between 10am and 2pm. That gives your brain enough time to get the surge to your urine. Looks like you peaked on cycle day 15, then ovulated cycle day 16. So I would have “baby danced” the day of your surge (cycle day 15) and the day after which would be ovulation day (cycle day 16). I hope this helps you or anyone else TTC! @@Riverblue101 You should probably re-read the comment or re-watch the whole video. I was politely correcting her comment about ovulating the day she thought she had a positive test. I also stated that hopefully the info suggested was helpful to her or anyone else TTC. She did not get pregnant that cycle.. Hence why I posted that comment. This community is about helping each other out, not about taking things in a negative prospective just because you don’t agree, or are misinformed. I’ve been TTC baby number #2, and just got my positive pregnancy test this week using opks for the first time. This was information I found helpful getting me pregnant. If there’s anything helpful that I can share I will. It doesn’t matter how many kids you’ve had in the past it’s never too late to obtain information that you probably didn’t know before. Nobody said anything about her not knowing what she’s doing. I’m sure she’s wise enough to understand that. But thanks for your concern though 😄

I myself has been on this TTC journey for a few years and I thought I knew my body but as we get older our body changes so much I just recently finally understood my body. I watched your first video on ovulation tests/how to use them. Thank goodness I did, as for some reason I have a 28 day cycle but ovulate on day 21, so there not very much chance for any fertilised egg to implant. So it's lucky I found you as any app would have told me to try on day 14, which would have worked for most people but not me. I'm thankful I had my little girl July 2020 ❤️

Can someone tell me. This is my first cycle cycle after a miscarriage. Today is day 4 post ovulation. So I see you check pregnancy test dpo 11. So is that basically the cut off day? If it’s not positive that day then you know for sure you’re not?

Hi, I’ve been following your videos from last year in terms of all the ovulation ones and the chemical pregnancy- firstly, so sorry for your loss. Secondly, wanted to ask how come you don’t BD throughout your fertile period, since you’re tracking everything so it seems like you’re systematic about TTC and you know exactly when you’re fertile due to the OPKs and I’m guessing CM. Especially in last month’s cycle it looked like you only BD 3 times in the whole cycle? Maybe if you BD at least every other day once your LH goes high until 48hrs after your final peak result, you’ll have all your days covered hopefully? Good luck for the next cycle (this month?!)
there was a reason for that which i wont share but we are dong our best! next cycle will be better!

I am sorry you don't have to answer if you don't feel comfortable, but have you been to the doctor to see if there is an underlying condition as to why you can't conceive immediately. I found out I have uterine fibroids and I am wondering if this will be a problem for me. Never knew conceiving was such a difficult thing for us women. But we have to keep the faith 💐
so i'm pretty sure here in the USA you have to be trying for at least 12 months for them to start any sort of testing. Hopefully we will conceive before then but i will be sharing every moment if it comes to that!

i usually start pregnancy tests around 7dpo. So one week after ovulation.

anyone out there find that tracking your ovulation everyday to be mentally exhausting? I havent tracked a full month yet because i feel like i might just obese about it and thats not going to help with "the baby dance " if im not also relaxed you know....
It is. That’s why it’s recommended to just test a few days before your predicted ovulation day. That way your not having a bunch of faint lines until that surge. We already have LH in our system every day but that surge only happens one time so it’s really unnecessary to test for instance right after your period all the way until surge day. It’s reassuring for some people though
some people like myself like it! makes us feel organised and don't find it stressful. Others just like to have sex and hope for the best. Its your choice

Cause the ovulation test shows your peak day on CD 15 then, the ovulation day 15+1 day

Just wondering if anyone has noticed an odour with tapping the test strips? I was planning on doing this and bringing it to a gynaecology appointment to show them my cycles but a little apprehensive if there is an odour they might be disgusted by me lol!
Would probably only be an issue if you were VERY dehydrated, I have strips taped to my book and noticed no smell:
Also, to ease your distress, your doctor will have dealt with far worse than dried pee strips!
I haven’t noticed any odor either!
I don’t get it you do everything right have sex at the right time and how do people still not get pregnant 🥺

@@VictoriaCiftci this is true you can do everything right timing etc but if the egg and sperm don't match it won't follow through.. so to blood bath graphics thats why it takes time.
So much has to happen for a successful pregnancy to take place. Sperm and egg meeting is just the very first step! The fertilized egg needs to make it through the fallopian tube to the uterus, needs to be able to implant successfully and be genetically normal to continue to grow. Even when the timing is perfect there is still only about a 30% chance during any cycle that it will result in a successful pregnancy
@@lyss222 wow I really don’t know a lot i thought that once you have intercorse and there’s an egg you are for sure pregnant I didn’t know that all these other factors could happen
