I saw him play when he was 9 or 10 years old. His uncle Tony Alba was our drummer, and uncle Elmer Alba was our keyboardist. We were playing at the Sheraton Manila. One night sinama nila si Michael, nag jam sa drums, usok na. Kahit di pa nya abot bass pedal. Nag trumpet pa sya.
