You should make a “Which MacBook should you buy?” video. It’s a very hard decision with the SSD options, RAM, etc.
You shouldn't buy a macbook. But if you insist, you have to ask yourself what are you getting it for. If you want it for everyday multimedia use any crapbook will suffice. If you want it for gaming you should consult a therapist first just kidding, get a desktop for gaming. It all depends what you want to use it for, when you know what you will use it for, read what the components do and what they impact. SSD means Solid State Drive that is Flash memory and is a storage device, if you do video editing you want high storage fast CPU and a good chunk of RAM. Once you're done reading about the components you will never have to ask anyone else than yourself what you should buy.

Video Editing in the coffee shop etc. As for future kit reviews requests, could you compare using a single central Gen 2 HomePod for Home Theatre against a Stereo Pair when using the Apple TV 4K? Interested how it stacks up sound wise, separation and spatially 👍🙏👌Thanks a Million!

Hey Justine I thought I’d mention that the HomePod minis had their temperature and humidity sensors activated :) they shipped with them deactivated and they just turned them on after all this time

Have you considered doing benchmarking of the M2 vs M1 Macs with real world video editing tasks? I’ve seen benchmarking elsewhere so it may not exactly distinguish you from other reviewers but it might garner more interest. For example, Final Cut rendering times.

Would be nice to see Home Pod actions between iPhone, using it with lights, and other home automation. Unfortunately, my eco system at home, does not do home kit :(. Maybe one day. Also, do you ever use your PS5 with either you iPad or MacBook when gaming?
I’m probably late to the show, but I have HomePod originals and you can remove the cable from the speaker - there is a connector but you have to pull quite firmly for it to detach.
A Day in the Life videos would be fun. Kind of like a Walk in my shoes theme.

I have an M1 Pro and it’s more than I actually need. Your needs are way beyond mine, and I don’t know if you need more, but I saw your Tweet so I know you’re hooked! (Hilarious BTW!)
The only think I want changed in a HomePod is for them to be able to be synced up within a home setup in regards to timers. It is beyond frustrating when you have multiple homepods that if I set a timer on one, that I cannot check the status of that timer on another one, especially since often a different homepod will answer when I ask "how much time is left'. It cannot be that freaking complicated to have an option for a home-wide timer.

How about a new HomePod Mini with MagSafe so I can charge my iPhone by setting it on top of the Mini. Or AirPlay/Handoff so if I am playing an audiobook and come within Xmetres/feet the HomePod automatically switches to the HomePod. Right now you have to manually switch and it disconnects if you pause for a few minutes.
I just ordered the Air M2 with 10 core, 16 ram and 512 memory. Of course something new comes out right after! Im pretty sure I will be happy with what I got though. Im just a mom who needs a computer to organize photos and my 2015 MacBook Pro died a year ago and I haven’t replaced it yet.
You'll probably be just as happy! Maybe happier, since the Air is lighter and silent.
