both star shine ranch and the event have 4 animals a day giving a total of 1200 xp each location (so 2400 a day). the 4 in moorland also give 12 spring tokens for you, putting the total collectable spring tokens a day on 39 :D
Amazing video! I love the update and your videos! I believe SSO also added a New Spring Token Tack set aswell. It's a western themed set and I believe you can get it by Josh as the Moorland part of the Equestrian Festival! I just wanted to let you know because I don't think you went over it in the video ^^

I think that Iza didn't want to focus on the Paso Fino horses because they weren't meant to be released just yet, even though they were in game for a few hours after the update rolled out. She just wanted to focus on the things that SSO actually meant to be part of this update instead. She'll probably mention this accidental addition when she does the video for the update that the Paso Fino was actually intended to be released on.

Just an FYI, there are 4 animals to find in Moorland for Scott Buttergood each day. I found that there was exactly 1 foal, 1 donkey, 1 cow and 1 sheep to find each day so far, so I think it's the same animals every day. Each animal brought back to Scott will reward you with 3 Spring Tokens and 300 Horse XP. That's a total of 1200 Horse XP and 12 Spring Tokens a day! It's basically like Mary's animal animal herding at Starshine Ranch but without the chickens.
Sounds like you've missed out a lot by never doing the herding by Starshine Ranch, which also gives 300 hxp per animal 😅
IKR? I love the herding quests. So much Horse XP for so little effort, especially when it's an animal that just follows you.

When I go up to tan there is no quest for the animals and I am not a star rider. Do you know why that might be?

How many animals can you find?
You can find 4 different animals. So far it seems like each day you find exactly 1 foal, 1 donkey, 1 cow, and 1 sheep. They are scattered all around Moorland so look around in the wooded areas by Mrs. Holdsworth's house and area around Conrad's blacksmith forge and home.
