Ingredients:
3 potatoes.
Water.
1 onion.
Oil for frying, a piece of butter.
Salt, pepper and sugar.
3 chicken eggs.
75g spinach.
200 g hard cheese.
The recipe is incredibly tasty and quick!!!
Grate 3 potatoes and wash with water. Add 3 eggs, salt, pepper and mix. Add half to the pan. Add grated cheese, fried onions with spinach and more cheese. Fry on both sides over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

The ingredient which makes the dish for me is the spinach - just something to add a little more texture and flavour to a simple dish - beautifully presented, as always. I am just surprised that you have not had more subscriber comments, by now 😋😋😋🤗🤗🤗
