Getting Nailed for Class Tuition

  • The plaintiff says she began visiting the defendant in 2019 to get her nails done. While she agrees the defendant is good at her trade, she’s suing because the defendant breached a contract after the plaintiff paid her to take a nail class from her. The defendant says she’s been in the nail business for 27 years and denies owing anything. She’s countersuing for slander and harassment.

You’d better not have run a red light, driven a single mile over the speed limit, you’d better not have even jaywalked. You’d better not have done a single wrong thing in your life EVER. If not, sit your self righteous self down.
A person who makes the choice to stop doing wrong and start doing right should be commended. They are making the choice to do better for themselves instead of staying where they were.
