The 240SX is making a noise I don't like... (How to Diagnose a seized Rocker arm/lifter) in 2023!!!

Well as you can presume by the thumbnail, we probably went through another powerplant hahahaha...... Hopefully the rocker arms are just the issue and that we caught it in time. Time will see, as always if you're reading this then thank you for your time and let me know what you think!!!!
