  • How did meditation make me a boxing champion?
    I started meditation to help me focus more on my boxing technique and skill but in the process discovered an entire new world!
    From the day I tried meditation I knew it would have an impact on my life way beyond what I had first imagined.
    I decided to share with you my story of how I discovered meditation and how it has helped me in my boxing career.
    Meditation is one of the pillars of my life and was definitely a strong point throughout my boxing career.

    Boxers aren’t athletes. We are gladiators. We must tune into a frequency of war and chaos, but find peace within that world of chaos. This is how fighters should live. Plants, healing, soul searching, fruits, veggies. The life of a natural man. A WARRIOR.

    Meditation is powerful , it helps me stay focused and lowers anxiety ! For anyone who needs help with meditation try an app called headspace , it’s great for beginners

    Great video. You can use shadow boxing as a kind of "moving meditation", too. Some associate boxing as too aggressive and see a calming state of mind as a hindrance. But it's so vital to be clear of mind and calm. Big fan of Bruce Lee and his words on meditation and that. Enjoyed this vid mate

    People do not want to accept the truth in fighting so of course this has 1.8k views. I’ve finally accepted meditation after years of anger and a brawling fighting style that has left me injured. Now I rebuild my body, and strengthen my brain which I never cared for. Oss

    I did and do the exact same thing as yourself but focus on my breath prior to boxing or weight lifting.

    I have a match soon and idk what mind set to have I wanted to have a hate mindset then a calm one... and I’m just over thinking so much but when I stop what should I think of I really wanna win and my mind is in shambles

      For How ever long You should not be thinking about what to think about. Simply focus on technique and strategy - I will make a video on this tomorrow.
