That immigration lawyer is absolutely right,United States immigration law is a serious thing so all those persons think that when you get yourself in felony charge as a green card holder you sure to get deported from the USA thank you lawyer for that important information, you are absolutely right sir.

My fiance had his interview and was told to file for a waiver at USCIS for his police records these charges were 20yrs ago. Also, he was told to follow up with the medical office that did his exam for a year. He said he was denied but does this mean we need to start all over or once we file a waiver we can get another interview?

Hi Margaret, I was arrested and convicted of break and entry and larceny 3 years ago when I was 23. It resulted in a fine but no jail time as I didn’t take much or do much damage. I always wanted to visit USA. I assume I’d committed moral turpitude. I wanted to know how tough it would be to visit America, also how hard it would be for permanent green card encase I want to ever move their. I’m from Australia, I haven’t any other arrests.

I got a ticket for fishing without permit. They recorded it as a Misdemeanor A. I am waiting for my greencard interview now. Does it affect my case or not?

I think people need to read the immigration laws, when you don't have good moral character it is hard to get naturalization citizenship.

how will work if you get the green card approved still with a felony, that was never hide when applying for the green card? once you get your green card, will still show in the criminal background check once you come back to USA and start looking for a job, when applying for a job you have to still tell them about that felony?

    Hello
Would 2 convictions for graffiti and possession of graffiti implements from 7 years ago (was 18 at the time) be a problem for me from moving, immigrating or obtaining a greencard to the US, from Australia?
    Thanks mate

Hello - We can definitely take a look at your individual circumstances and see whether indeed these crimes would fall outside of the 'crimes involving moral turpitude' and aggravated felony. Give us a call on 216-279-3984 to discuss. Many thanks

Does juvenile delinquency prohibit a us visa/green card? What if the crime is moral turpitude however, it was done at a young age? & the crime would not have been considered a crime in the US but it’s considered a crime in the UK

I'm EU citizen and I study and live here in UK now. About two weeks ago I got conditional caution for harassment without violence - I send unwanted messages, some of them have been sexual nature. I can't see and contact that person for 6 months. I have no any other crimes in my country, UK or any other country. I want to study master's degree in the future in US, get green card and citizenship. Can it affect me?
