seems to relieve me of therapy, of all other gurus...than, myself- i keep forgetting myself.
the secret is to walk in your shoes, live in your mind and share it with the people who have a glint in their eyes. At the same time walk away from danger, abuse, conflict and those who don't look at you with respect and that understanding you are you- and I am I. We share this, we don't entangle this..we respect this. It's what brought me unwillingly, unknowingly into a type of hell, self-sabotage, self hatred seeing by a projection from evil. But, now, I see me anda free of the other, it's heavy and hell here on this planet. Walk into and out of by the reflections, projections and take it all less seriously. What a profound idea, wisdom to live by.

It is said that in ancient Atlantis, that the people there shared no will for competition, gold and silver was as plentiful as iron, but was not seen or used monetarily, and that work was not something that you slaved for, each did their own part willingly, like you may be planting or cleaning in a particular area, and another would come along, and start working beside you, at which point you could continue working, or go in a different direction altogether, because you knew that the task would get done. There was no hierarchy as everyone was equal, but then something happened, that they evidently allowed in, not knowing it's intentions, an evil or darkness weaved into their existence, and within a short period it was all destroyed. That is what needs to be kept at bay, and destroyed if possible.

Please let Alan Watts words, rhythm, concepts and his own energy guide the listener as his lectures were carried out. Background music can mislead the listener in to the realm your creating for him/her, not the realm Watts is talking about. A conversation needs no sensationalism to capture interest. His voice and the thoughts echoing in his vibration is life within itself. Let Alan Watts speak for himself is my suggestion. Be truthful is what he speaks of yet masking the essence with music seems like masking his truth.
