the issue to be looked at is also on the operations and profitability of the adani group companies. Are these companies generating profit year on year? If the companies are performing well then, no doubt, they will be able to leverage the earnings towards setting off the negatives in the debt equity ratio and improve current net evaluation. When this happens then to a significant degree the fundamentals of the respective companies would speak for themselves.

The year began and something is already making it better than the entire 2022. Amazons LPA23X came out and it's such a great thing no matter where you come from. Everyone can participate and it is making many things easier than they have been. For example I live in France and this is something no one else could do for me here, if I just keep sitting on my toes for the next 5 years I'd simply go broke, now I can change that.
Can't deny the fact that Amazons YI2023WE has the strongest bet to bring lights back to this industry after we suffered FTX, Celsius, Tera and so on. Sure if they fail it's done for good but the pressure is too high and I think they will keep proper liquidity rather than these others. Don't see them going bankrupt any time soon.
Adani and mine story is same Before Covid I was having 35 lac credit card, 35 lac home loan, 27 lac business loan, 35 lac car loan and I was managing all these debts quite smartly as my tourism business was running excellent than the monster Hindenburg (Covid 19) arrives and it thrashes me hardly, now all my credit cards are defaulted, home loan is NPA, car loans NPA, business loan NPA, the difference between us is I was not an intentional defaulter but here Adani is intentional, I am happy with all what is going on BTW in these 3 years I learn stock market and earning decent in options trading, blessed to have mentors like Akshat 😀

Good analysis and insights. Quite informative. I believe there are two critical aspects to these developments 1. Both Adanis and Hindenburg are speculating and trying to predict future. Hindenburg thinks that Adanis are over leveraged whereas Adanis believe that their investments in critical infrastructure that India needs badly will yield much higher returns and ensure growth and stability. 2. If Adani's critical projects such as Ethanol plants (alternative fuel), warehouses (to support supply chain logistics) for the Bharat Mala and Saagar Mala projects, Solar Energy, Sea and Airports, Mining... take off and start production in full swing, it is bound to be a game changer for Indian Economy. But it will certainly take some time since it involves building infrastructure. People should also carefully consider and evaluate the physical progress on ground to see if they are on track. If so, people should avoid any knee jerk reactions and not kill a healthy industry prematurely which will only serve the purpose of Hindenburg. Any hasty decisions/actions based on claims made by vested interests who benefit from the bloodbath is detrimental to all the rest ie the People, Government and the Investors. India is in a different stage of development, our culture and psyche is different. We must consider all options, take all consequences into account, evaluate the situation on a 360 degree basis and not let our thinking to be limited by the views of a west trained purist accountants. They are ruthless like the Shylocks of Merchant of Venice. For example, Indians borrow loans to buy/build houses, tighten their belts, do a frugal living, avoid extravagance and repay the loans as a priority ahead of schedule. It is in our ethos. The western approach is completely different. They tend to spend their future income via the credit cards to afford every luxury they want today, here and now. I have seen many projects with an accountant's evaluation of Benefit/Cost ratio to be far less than one, but when completed, been a roaring success. If Adani's intentions are genuine and indeed working hard towards achieving the goals/targets, they must be supported even at the cost of a bit of short term pain. Furthermore, Adanis have come from humble beginnings, it is hard to imagine they are out there to exploit fellow citizens and take advantage and run. Of course every Industry/Business is out there to make profit and that is perfectly legitimate. Sometimes looking at everything through the western lens of a developed economy, may not be appropriate for a country with an entirely different culture and ethos and our best interests. We need the infrastructure that Adanis are building. If they have to be built by the Government sector it will take for ever or perhaps never ever happen.

Indian people don't know and understanding that if Adani will fail then it bring very bad reputation to Indian stock markets for foreign investors and if you know that the most of the Bull run happen in Indian stock market because of the FIIs not the DIIs. While everyone is focused on BTC, ETH or any top alt coin and playing defensive they are missing on quality projects that are about to be launched on CEX. For example YI2023WE will hit mainstream soon, 10x-20x quite possible even during this bear market but only few people know about this.

The company with the maximum PE ratio I hold is Tata Elxsi that too at just 50-60 and it's just at 40 thousand cr so a lot of potential to grow and profits are growing too

You should probably copy a licensed person more so one with experience of the past bear markets. I copy a chartered financial analyst Karen Marie Emma" Been quite consistent. My portfolio returned $350k in Q1.

the issue to be looked at is also on the operations and profitability of the adani group companies. Are these companies generating profit year on year? If the companies are performing well then, no doubt, they will be able to leverage the earnings towards setting off the negatives in the debt equity ratio and improve current net evaluation. When this happens then to a significant degree the fundamentals of the respective companies would speak for themselves.

Can't deny the fact that Amazons YI2023WE has the strongest bet to bring lights back to this industry after we suffered FTX, Celsius, Tera and so on. Sure if they fail it's done for good but the pressure is too high and I think they will keep proper liquidity rather than these others. Don't see them going bankrupt any time soon.

Adani and mine story is same
Before Covid I was having 35 lac credit card, 35 lac home loan, 27 lac business loan, 35 lac car loan and I was managing all these debts quite smartly as my tourism business was running excellent than the monster Hindenburg (Covid 19) arrives and it thrashes me hardly, now all my credit cards are defaulted, home loan is NPA, car loans NPA, business loan NPA, the difference between us is I was not an intentional defaulter but here Adani is intentional, I am happy with all what is going on
BTW in these 3 years I learn stock market and earning decent in options trading, blessed to have mentors like Akshat 😀

I believe there are two critical aspects to these developments
1. Both Adanis and Hindenburg are speculating and trying to predict future. Hindenburg thinks that Adanis are over leveraged whereas Adanis believe that their investments in critical infrastructure that India needs badly will yield much higher returns and ensure growth and stability.
2. If Adani's critical projects such as Ethanol plants (alternative fuel), warehouses (to support supply chain logistics) for the Bharat Mala and Saagar Mala projects, Solar Energy, Sea and Airports, Mining... take off and start production in full swing, it is bound to be a game changer for Indian Economy. But it will certainly take some time since it involves building infrastructure. People should also carefully consider and evaluate the physical progress on ground to see if they are on track. If so, people should avoid any knee jerk reactions and not kill a healthy industry prematurely which will only serve the purpose of Hindenburg.
Any hasty decisions/actions based on claims made by vested interests who benefit from the bloodbath is detrimental to all the rest ie the People, Government and the Investors. India is in a different stage of development, our culture and psyche is different. We must consider all options, take all consequences into account, evaluate the situation on a 360 degree basis and not let our thinking to be limited by the views of a west trained purist accountants. They are ruthless like the Shylocks of Merchant of Venice. For example, Indians borrow loans to buy/build houses, tighten their belts, do a frugal living, avoid extravagance and repay the loans as a priority ahead of schedule. It is in our ethos. The western approach is completely different. They tend to spend their future income via the credit cards to afford every luxury they want today, here and now.
I have seen many projects with an accountant's evaluation of Benefit/Cost ratio to be far less than one, but when completed, been a roaring success. If Adani's intentions are genuine and indeed working hard towards achieving the goals/targets, they must be supported even at the cost of a bit of short term pain. Furthermore, Adanis have come from humble beginnings, it is hard to imagine they are out there to exploit fellow citizens and take advantage and run. Of course every Industry/Business is out there to make profit and that is perfectly legitimate. Sometimes looking at everything through the western lens of a developed economy, may not be appropriate for a country with an entirely different culture and ethos and our best interests.
We need the infrastructure that Adanis are building. If they have to be built by the Government sector it will take for ever or perhaps never ever happen.

Indian people don't know and understanding that if Adani will fail then it bring very bad reputation to Indian stock markets for foreign investors and if you know that the most of the Bull run happen in Indian stock market because of the FIIs not the DIIs. That's why I never invested in Adani's stocks but only in ACC and Ambuja and even Most of the MF not invested in Adani's stocks. And also also stock market don't work on fundamentals or technicals but it's mainly work on perception which came from honesty and future aspects.

Bro u wont believe i started investing and learning in stock market since past 7-8 months. I waited for stock market to crash for many months. Finally i saw it was coming down and due to fear of missing out me and my wife invested in banking stocks heavily on 25 jan morning. Just in 2 days sbi went down like 75 rupees. Absolute bad luck. But i'm bullish about the market and can wait for another 4-5 years for this money to be recovered not only that i'm now investing in other stocks like hotels and manufacturing as there is huge discount now.
