I really love the sequence of stretches in this routine. After the shoulder stretch comes the cobra, then the child’s pose. So perfect! I come back to this cool down every day, now I’ve almost memorized it 🥰 Thank you! Please keep making videos like this for other body parts where you’re focused on the stretches themselves so there’s no need for narration!

I was not a fan of this, before I could even get comfortable in the pose the timer was counting me down to start the next pose
This video is terrible, if you are in some of the poses you can't see what stretch is coming next as there is no vocal narration. Might as well have just put music on.
Its crazy how many people neglect cool down exercises, it's so important to get your body ready for the next day and that's why a lot of people don't see progress in their fitness journey
Wait really? Does it affect your gains or your performance in the next day? Cause low performance affect muscle stimulation,and low stimulation affect muscle growth.
@@soloassasins9407 idk much about this but it probably doesn't effect in that much but I'd still recommend it for flexibility
Legit, my body feels the difference sorely in the days I forgot or am "too busy" thats why these short simple effective ones are so good!
