Erik, Thanks for your post. I referred to Casey's original video for all the movements. Practiced these slow on a pad without the audio for a long time. Then I would loop sections on a practice pad while listening to the video - this way I could hear Casey's playing vs my playing on the pad - this helped me fix minor errors in precision. Then I would loop sections with the performance playback on the drum without the pad. Good luck!

For both Dr. Floyd and you Mr. Cangelosi: I'm wondering what practice strategies you used in working with the electronics? Did you slow the track down using software? I'm working on this currently and curious about how you did it.
